Eric Devendorf to Play for Boeheim’s Army for First Time Since 2021

Boeheim’s Army, the Syracuse alumni team competing in The Basketball Tournament (TBT) this summer, today announced the roster addition of Eric Devendorf

Devendorf joins Jimmy Boeheim, Wesley Johnson, Elijah Hughes and Buddy Boeheim as the five players currently announced on Boeheim’s Army’s roster. More players will be announced in the coming weeks.

This summer will mark Devendorf’s eighth year playing in TBT with Boeheim’s Army. He made his debut with the team in 2015, joining the team every summer for seven straight years. Devendorf won a TBT championship with Boeheim’s Army in 2021. This will be his first time suiting up since then.

Boeheim’s Army will take on Hall In, the Seton Hall alumni team, in a first round best-of-three series.

As part of the best-of-three series, both teams will have a chance to host at least one home game. The first game of the series will take place at Seton Hall’s Walsh Gymnasium Tuesday, July 21, at 7 pm ET, and will be televised live on FS1. Game two will be played at Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial in Syracuse Thursday, July 23, at 7 pm ET and will be televised live on FS2. 

Game three (if necessary) will be played in Syracuse on Friday, July 24, at 7 pm ET and will be televised live on FS2.
