Mo Creek had to overcome a ton of adversity before he became the Sideline Cancer star we all know & love in TBT.

As one of the highest ranked recruits in the class of 2009, Creek committed to Indiana. He was the top scoring freshman in the nation through his first nine games — including a 31 point outburst against Kentucky — before suffering a season-ending knee injury.

Creek returned as a starter his sophomore season, playing in 18 games before once again suffering a season-ending injury, this time a stress fracture in his knee. After going through rehab, Creek was primed to return for his junior campaign, before tragically suffering a torn left Achilles just days before the start of official practice. This was his third major injury in 22 months.

Despite all of this, Creek picked himself up by his bootstraps, transferring to George Washington for his senior season. He led the team in scoring at 14.1 ppg, hit a crazy buzzer beater to beat Maryland in non-conference play, and led the Colonials to the NCAA Tournament.

Creek has since carved out an awesome seven-year career overseas & helped Sideline Cancer reach the 2020 TBT Championship Game & 2021 Quarterfinals.
